Uninstalling Plugin

Hi, after uninstall and reinstalling the plugin, all information already exists, how can I remove all plugin settings, titles, descriptions, etc?
I don’t wanna delete your plugin, just wanna reset all information, and set up from the beginner, with new titles, descriptions etc
