Uninstalling Error

  • I no longer need of easy digital download so I uninstall but now its giving message to my new register users “Sorry, but you do not have the correct permissions to install the Easy Digital Downloads plugin. Contact the administrator of this site for help on getting the plugin installed” I also find that in appearance in install plugin the easy digital downloads is still located and asking me for the install !! I really don’t understand after deactivated and removing why I my user getting message of easy digital downloads.

  • Hi Salvagemind,

    Your situation is unusual, since a notice can’t display if a plugin is deactivated.

    Please try deleting the easy-digital-downloads plugin folder and see if that fixes your issue!

    I am unable to find easy-digital-downloads folder in cpanel would you please mention where it is located.
