Uninstalling and deleting redirect code

  • Hi
    I searched the forum here for uninstall and keywords but found no solution so had to post here.
    We have taken over a company who used ActiveCampaign.
    We have a different platform we are using.
    I deleted the WC AC-Hook plugin but new order emails are disabled and I cannot change to the new email and it remains disabled when I manage and save the notifications for New Orders in WooCommerce / Emails.
    Can you please help.

    Hi Yen,

    I’m not sure I can help much, but let’s see. I presume from what you say that you don’t need to use WC-AC Hook? If I read your email right you are not using ActiveCampaign any more?

    As such you have done the right thing by deleting the plugin. When you do this the code is removed from your WordPress installation and does not run (if it is not listed as one of your active plugins then it will not be running).

    Whether you are using the plugin or not, WC-AC Hook does not effect the sending of emails by WooCommerce (which is managed under WooCommerce > Settings > EMails).

    Let me know if I’ve misunderstood your problem.
