uninstalled root now admin malfunction

I uninstalled a root directory install of wordpress which was redundant at fasttrackforex . com

A subdirectory, /sambeatson which is sambeatson . com
is my blog.

Since uninstalling at the root, (i have tried reinstalling a wp blog at the root) I am getting an error that means anything I click on from within admin is taking me to the sign in page.

Can anyone help?
