Uninstalled Punchtab, but its still running on site

  • I was looking for help with this also. I completely deleted then re-installed WordPress but the Punchtab ribbon is still showing. I want to get rid of the feature completely but as I don’t have the plugin I’m not sure why it’s still there. I’ve yet to hear back from their support about this.

    I actually figured it out. At some point either based on info from punchtab or old habit I installed code in a widget. I found the widget moving stuff around and so once I deleted it I could 100% uninstall punchtab which I have done now.

    Well unfortunately this is a completely new, clean install of WordPress, and I’ve searched and searched but cannot find or understand why it still shows up. I’ve yet to hear back from their support department.
