Uninstalled pop up still showing on home page

    Hello,

    I have been trying several different pop ups for the home page and although I have uninstalled them all, one of them is still showing on home page – but not as a pop up but in the bottom left corner of the page. It only seems to show in Safari and Firefox, I don’t see it in Chrome so I didn’t realize it happened and can’t tell right now which plugin it was.

    I looked through other forums but can’t seem to find an answer, I cleared my cookies but it’s still there. I also deleted all pop up plugins from the plugins folder through FTP. Is there anything else I can do?

    I did not use a shortcode for that page so there is nothing to remove from the page itself, the pop up was all set up in settings only.

    I figured out the issue.

    I’m using a Smart Slider 2 plugin on the home page and I removed the slider short code temporarily which seemed to remove the problem with pop up. When I put the slider shortcode back, the pop is gone.

    not seeing this on my end, can you share an screenshot? i tried on Chrome, FF OSX

    Rommel, if you see my comment above, there was a conflict with a slider plugin.
    Thank you for checking it out though.
