Uninstalled plugin, now other plugins are messed up

I’ve uninstalled this plugin and deleted the folders inside the /cache folder because it was messing with too many others but now all my other plugins are messed up! I can now only install and delete new or existing plugins – I can’t activate new ones or update the ones I have. How can I fix this!?
