uninstalled and deleted – still blocks all visitors

    Initially I set up the IP2 location block to block al visitors except those from the Netherlands. After installing W3 Total Cache I got a notification from W3 Total Cache that IP2 location block was creating issues between the two pluggins.

    At that time I noticed that the site was not showing for anyone. I then deactivated both of the pluggins and deleted them both. This has been over an hour ago and my site is still not visible for any visitors.

    WordPress is updated. I dont know what else to try, any suggestions?
