    Hello, I purchased your Custom Tabs Pro plug in this week.
    I was cleaning up my plug ins and accidentally un installed the free version. This caused the Pro version to de activate.
    Now I cannot activate it again or use it.
    Can you please help me.

    Sorry for the late reply we’ve been away on holiday but @dachilla78 is correct, you need to keep the free version activated.

    Unfortunately, if you deactivate and delete the free version of the plugin you risk losing your tabs. If this has happened I would contact your hosting provider and request that they roll back your site to a time before that had happened. At the very least if you can obtain an old version of your database I could help you restore your product meta and saved tabs as they were before.

    Please click the “Support” button from within Custom Product Tabs Pro and reference this support thread and I’ll try to help you get everything back.
