    Is it safe to simply delete the p2p and p2p_meta tables?

    Yep. The tables should be deleted automatically if you uninstall the plugin using wp-admin or wp-cli.

    Hi. I must have deleted the files rather than uninstalled through the admin. Thanks for the confirmation.
