Uninstall plugin did not work Code Snippers

    I was given advice from Code Snipped to uninstanll the plugin and re-install. That did not help…what is the correct way to unistall this plugin I deleted it but ut seems it keeps the stuf in the database.

    Now there is just nothing when I re-install..
    What is the correct way to uninstall and install again
