Uninstall leaves junk

    I uninstalled this plugin and see there are numerous folders left in my site host system. Names like “ldqw7lrt” containing a php file and empty Cache file. Also sitemap.backup xml and targz. This is very poor and careless design!

    Our team has looked into this and have been unsuccessful with replicating the issue on our end. If there is any additional information or screenshots you can share, that would be helpful for us to further investigate.

    One possible reason for this is that it could be a file permission issue causing the code to not delete the files.

    Our recommendation would be to reinstall the plugin, ensure you have all of the appropriate file permissions and then proceed to uninstall.

    Thanks. This got confused because I have discovered my site had been hacked! I have now rebuilt it so the files have gone. It did look as described though.
