uninstall invalid wordpress installation

To uninstall WordPress, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), and delete the entire directory that WordPress was installed under, or delete all of its files from the web root if installed there. You can download a fresh copy of WordPress to compare the files you’ll need to delete.

If you installed WordPress via an automated installer, like APS, that should simlarly have an automated deleter.

And, I’m not sure what “kjagffassay” is, but it’s definitely not from WordPress. Perhaps there’s an excessive amount of things wrong with your server, maybe even malware.

When it’s time to install WordPress again, you can do that either via an automated installer or manually.

Thank you for this.

I have probably removed successful the damaged installations of WordPress … in the PLESK panel. Before this I had used totalcommander but totalcommander seems not to be able to delete the wordpress folders.

I have also tried to remove the kjagffassay44712 folders. On the PLESK panel this is also possible to remove this … but only one by one. I think that kjagffassay44712 are stupid sub directorys created by a (removed) Anti-virus program. The folder content is very small but there are about 200 such folders in sub folders.

I have tried to show all these folders with totalcommander’s “view all files also in sub folders”, but this will not work with the LINUX File system on the server.

Do you know how I can delete all these subdirectories in one rush?

If you do not have a solution, I can only download all the files, then delete with totalcommander all the kjagffassay44712 sub folders, then delete all files on the server and then upload the cleaned version at new.

We have here a poor internet connection and this will probably take days … I am a LINUX beginner … in windows it would be possible to build a batch job to delete automatically all these sub folders … but for LINUX I do not have such solution.

My recommendation would be to delete the directories via FTP. Have you connected to TotalCommander via FTP? If not, do that. If TotalCommander seems to be a hurdle here, try FileZilla.

If you can’t manage it at all, the support of the hoster would be the right contact. That goes far beyond what is possible here in the WordPress support forum, especially since no one here knows the technology there.

Alternatively, you can of course also look for a more problem-free hosting. There are thousands of alternatives.

Thank you for our responses. Totalcommander seems not to be able to remove bugged installations. I have tried to use the FTP from PLESK and this was successful.

I try now to install wordpress at new and hope that you are ready to help me again if I have new issues.
I need also your opinion for two issues:

1 Our registrar says to us that wordpress is also a CRM … is tis true .. like bitrix24 by example?

2. Is it possible to add to the pages build by wordpress other ordinary html pages ?

We think, that a good web page must be a hybrid of show-room and communications center. Not only like bitrix24 a good collaboration center for insider. The customer must have access to trained people.

I like very much, Bitrix24 but, this is only for a team of trained users. We want to build open “show-rooms” with simple access and a lot of possibilities in the background. Simple actions must be possible for every one without efforts, more opportunities must be possible by learning by doing.

No, WordPress is a CMS (Content Management System) if anything. To call it a CRM would be wrong.

With an individual theme, you can also write and provide HTML templates yourself. Otherwise, I would recommend using the possibilities that WordPress offers with all its themes and plugins for design.

When I have a working version of wordpress installed on our server, I take the time to understand completely wordpress and then we use wordpress as standard application..
