    Hello,
I uninstalled Business directory plugin but I can’t uninstall AJAX Compatibility Module. It’s on the indispensable (I don’t know the word in english) modules and no way to uninstall it.
How can I uninstall the business directory AJAX Compatibility Module?

    Hi @sylvsteph

Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m sorry to hear that you ran into issues with uninstalling this! I reached out to a developer about this and here is the answer I received:

This special plugin is automatically created, installed and activated when you enable “Enable AJAX compatibility mode?” (Settings – General – Advanced).
It is also automatically removed (if permissions allow it) when the setting is disabled.

If this plugin bothers the customer, they can just disable the setting I mentioned above. If this doesn’t remove the plugin (because of permissions) they can remove the file manually. The file (wpbdp-ajax-compat-mu.php) should be inside wp-content/mu-plugins/.

Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.

After a new installation, I don’t enable the mode because I don’t need it. The plugin in working fine. Thanks.
