    Hello,

I created a portfolio block with ‘IMAGES’ as Content Source. In Image Settings, if I specify a category in a language that uses Unicode, it cannot be filtered properly (English category names are working). I’m aware that for portfolio categories I can change the slug of a category to use an English word, but for IMAGE categories, it seems you can only create the category on-the-fly and there is no option to customize the slug later. Can this be fixed or is there a workaround?

    Thank you,
    Jack

    Hey Jack.

We are using this library for Slugs https://github.com/cocur/slugify . I have also checked the latest library update, but it is not working correctly. It just returns an empty string instead of a slug.

In the plugin on local development, I have added a simple check, which will return the full label if the slug is empty. It will work until you use the spaces in your categories…

Currently is not possible to control slugs of these categories manually. We only have plans to make it possible in the future Pro plugin updates.

If you have possible workarounds for such characters, I will be glad to look at them. Currently, I don’t quite understand how to fix this.

    Regards, nK.
