Unicode content no longer correctly displayed

    Hello,

    I send my New Post campaign in Czech language, UTF-8. Something has gone wrong after updating my plugin from 4.6.9 to 4.6.10, and the messages look like that:

    na serveru Kechlibar.net byl publikov??n nov?? ??l??nek

    ====================================================================

    I am reverting my plugin back to 4.6.9, hoping that it is going to help. The template looks correctly in the Settings, only the e-mails look bad.
