Unicode Bangla Font not shown in the Invoice PDF

Hello @bookstreetbd,
When you say ‘Bangla fonts’, are you referring to an actual font you installed with your custom template, or are you using the default Open Sans font? If you’re using a custom font, can you send me a link to the Bangla font(s) you used?

The plugin is fully unicode compatible but does require the PHP MB String extension on your webserver. You can check if this is installed under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Status. If it is indeed missing, contact your webhost and ask if they can install it.

Thanks for the reply. by saying ‘Bangla Fonts’, I didn’t refer any specific type, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. Just supporting UNICODE Fonts are fine for me, my language is Bangla and this has Unicode supported fonts. I use Unicode fonts for my website and product names but when it comes to generating invoices, it shows just rectangle shaped boxes for every character. I just want to get rid of it, I don’t know where the problem is. If anything can I do would be a great help.

Sir another thing to get your kind attention.

When it comes to Cash On Delivery/Door to Door Delivery, we often need add customer’s phone number printed on Invoices/shipment slips. It helps the delivery person to make schedule to deliver the product hand to hand and get the COD payment without any hassle. Can you consider to add phone numbers to the invoice and shipping slips?
