UNI CPO NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WOO 7.8.x

I had the same issue and downgraded to WooCommerce 7.1.1

I did not have a database backup, so I recon I was lucky to get away with it.

Still a problem in WooCommerce 7.9.0. Does this get adressed?

Uni CPO was tested and is compatible with WC 7.8.2. The new version 4.9.27 will be here shortly.

@mrpsiho, I for sure know that it caused the problem I described. See my post in the FB group asking you for support. You will see what I did and for sure Woo 7.8.2 causes the problem I described. Looking forward to the new update. thnx.

It seems WooCommerce had changed the image selector for the product image from figure.woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper to div.woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper

This can be updated in the plugin’s Settings page and solves the problem.

I have posted a couple of screenshots on the FB discussion to show this.

@webcraftuk I looked at my post in the FB discussion, but cannot see your screenshots, nor do I understand what you mean with “This can be updated in the plugin’s Settings page and solves the problem.” Please explain.

SOLUTION:

I have WOO 8.1 running right now and changed the following settings (with help of the FB Group) and the color selector works fine.

Go to WooCommerce -> Uni CPO Settings -> Custom selector (id/class) for a product image wrapper html tag -> remove “figure”, so it just says: .woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper
(do not forget to keep the dot in front!)
