unhelpful and could be better

I am no WordPress wizard and could have done with a bit of help. Instead you get put under pressure of having only two chances to get things right! you 1 of two appeals left!

After a whole week I got it work with contacting support a few times. to receive a copy and paste reply of things that where wrong. No one would explain anything so google is the answer.

spent two hours going through each one of my products one by one to select the condition as NEW! why couldn’t that be done as a bulk action.

I already have the Facebook plugin install which has all the google categories but now you also have to go back through each product and update Pinterests google categories. It’s taken hours!
