Usually, Google adds detailed information about what is causing the problem to this message, e.g. unsupported language or policy violations. Can you find anything like this in your email?

I also don’t notice the verification code on your website. You can find a description about how to add this code in this manual.

And in my Adsense account => sites

it shows this

Thanks for the additional information.

You can find the content policy of AdSense here. Your post “TOP 5 WEBSITES TO DOWNLOAD TAMIL HD MOVIES IN 2019” for example is a violation of the copyrigthed content policy. Another problem is that you just have a few posts. I highly recommend creating more and especially unique content.
