    Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction.

    This error is typically related to a problem with the card number. An alternative card will need to be used, or otherwise the bank or financial institution will need to be contacted.

    However, I’d like to gather some information that can help further troubleshooting the issue. Please can you clarify if this occurs with all orders, or if this is a once-off issue?

    Also, if this is not already enabled, can you please enableDebug Mode?by navigating to?WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → eWay. Then, try to reproduce the issue on your end.

    Next, you can go to?WooCommerce → Status → Logs?and select the eWay log from the dropdown.

    Please share those results with us here, along with your sites System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
