    Hello,

We have an online shop with no delivery (the products are variable products in Woo, in “real life” they are not physical so delivery is not needed). We have stopped it from WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping location(s) – Disable shipping & shipping calculations a while ago and it was working properly (and we have no delivery zones for the same reason – we don’t need any).

Since the last 36 hours something has happened and it gives us this error “Unfortunately we do not ship to BG. Please enter an alternative shipping address” and so since we have hidden the fields for address long ago, we only need names, phone, no order is able to get through. When we change the setting to “deliver to countries we sell to” the fields for address appear and orders go though.

    I would appreciate the help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello pollydesh?

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

The billing region/country field is required at the checkout.
Even hiding it will trigger the required warning.
That is the default functionality of WooComemrce.

To better understand this issue, I need to know how was your site set up before.
Could tell me what method you have used to hide the billing address and other fields on the Checkout page?

Could you also share a screenshot of these settings?
    WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping location(s) – Disable shipping & shipping calculations

Once I have this information, I will be in a better postion to help you further. ??

    Best regards.

    Hi Zubair,

Thank you for your prompt response. So far we’ve been able to isolate one plugin that is causing the issue when enabled. We’re currently in touch with its support team, as we weren’t able to find an issue with WooCommerce when it’s deactivated.

    Best regards

    Hi @webdesh,

Thanks for sharing an update on this issue.

It’s great to know that you’re in touch with the plugin’s support team. As per your findings, it does seem like the issue is not with WooCommerce since everything works as expected when the plugin is deactivated.

With that said, I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as solved.
