It worked yesterday and today it stopped working again ):

Try to increase Fetch time in global settings.

That error displying when your server fail to fetch feed from google during defined fetch timeout period (2 seconds by default). So, try with 3 or 4 seconds (or even more). And make sure you cache feed for at least 180 seconds (3 minutes).

Short description – server where you host your website can’t access google.com on it’s IPv6 address.

You can just in case upload test.php to wordpress root with content from https://pastebin.com/tLVFhmtu and access that test.php in browser. What you get (screenshot)?
