    Hello Emmanuel,

    First of all let me congrats you for your wonderful plugin even with a few issues which make it pain in the neck ?? ?? Frankly it’s the best free plugin around with a lot of impressive options and unfortunately couple of issues. Very impressive control panel/menu and of course very user friendly and easy to use. I installed your plugin about a month ago and the only problem that I had with was non-responsive issue (which I was looking for your updates according to your support forum replies and website announcement) but after recent 2 updates, the worst luck, it became more problematic. Now sliders stuck half way over the photo and won’t disappear until mouse over. The only thing that I think of as of writing this message is using another plugin (VERY VERY SADLY) until you fix the issues and I’ll use your amazing plugin again (VERY VERY HAPPILY). I know it’s not easy at all to fix all the issues with WordPress updates and all devices operating systems and applications as well so I will wait for your future updates impatiently and appreciate all your hard works and efforts.

    Hello Emmanuel, I just installed your updated plugin and removed columns as you’d suggested. You could check the result over here.
    For the first row I used “4” and for the rest left them inside a <div>. Also as it could be seen besides height issue still sliders are half way over the pictures.

    For some reason something on your site is making the height not update on load. I wonder what could it be… I will look into this further. Should hear from me by tomorrow morning or late night. Thanks for your patience. Just for testing, could you disable the effect that loads all the boxes flying, I would lie to see something.

    I think it could be that, since once it finish the animation if you resize the page just a bit, the boxes take their supposed shape. Either way if that is the case I will devise a solution specifically for your case and I will send you the custom code, just need to verify my hypothesis first.

    Sure I will. As I said before still slider are half way over the pictures also on android and tablet devices instead of pictures just a grey box being seen.

    All animation are gone. As you see they don’t keep their sizes. All are suppose to be 300*200
    To me the only thing matters is seeing the pictures instead of grey boxes in Androids. I’m happy with the fixed width ??

    Unfortunately I had no other choices than switching to another plugin (very sadly). I would love to come back to VSB again as soon as receiving a working fix/update from you.
