Unfortunately it isnt working

  • We have tried to email for two days to get help on how to fix the “look” of it, the calculations aren’t coming out right with a simple formula. We just hoped for more in the PRO version. We have searched thru the videos on tutorials but unfortunately those aren’t very helpful either. .

    Yes, we have got your email. Actually it arrived just yesterday, 21/08/2018. It starts like that:

    “We purchased UNI CPO pro for 1 site. I figured out the basics of it but what we are needing I believe will require some customization. I need a quote on what this will cost. ….”

    So, you actually said that you figured out how it works and asked about the customization. The feature you asked for – multi step form – is not available in our plugin out of the box. I believe it can be added via custom coding though.

    It is said that you rate the plugin by the functionality that was not claimed like something available right there.
