Unfortunately is not working as expected

I was so happy to find this plugin because my intention was to send emails to certain roles.
I did different variations of settings, including SMTP but no luck.
I managed to send emails to single recipient but not to the role.
My overall experience is that this plugin still need lot’s of “love”.
