    I really loved the simplicity of the plugin and the demo left me very satisfied. Unfortunately I couldn’t get it to work with a very popular theme from themeforest (Crush).
    The galleries showed up but no other options overlaying (zoom/ select) like js was off, and it totally messed up the CSS of my site. Fortunately things went back to normal after deactivation.
    I really appreciate the effort on this plugin and I am still very interested in it, but I will keep this deactivated and wait for it to mature until I can use it.
    I have noticed similar problems to mine in the Support Section – still unresolved.

    Hello!

    Sorry to hear that you had this experience with PixProof.

    PixProof is styling its own gallery and we try to encapsulate as much as we can, but sometimes the style of the theme is gonna mess with the plugin’s style.

    In this cases, we need admin or FTP access to the theme files, where we could try to make them compatible. Sure, you can’t give us admin access here, that’s why we insist that you should open a free support ticket here.

    Sadly rating the plugin with 2 stars won’t help you, not because I have something with your opinion, its just because we don’t have time anymore to read the reviews, good or bad ones.

    Instead, we have some great colleagues at help.pixelgrade.com who will try to help you much faster, or ping us about your issue.
