• I realize this is the first negative review of this plugin, but I have to say my experience was less than stellar. For that matter, there are better plugins offering more customization options available for download and they come with a money-back guarantee when you find the plugin does not meet your needs. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth the risk.

    We talked via email but to give others a more complete picture, I’m replying here as well.

    I’m sad you’ve had a bad experience with our plugin. That’s not what we aim to do. Here is my reply to your specific points:

    a) It’s true, some other plugins probably give more customization options. We intentionally don’t bloat our plugin with every possible option. The advantage here is that we can keep code quality higher and the plugin faster. To date, our plugin renders as one of the fastest and ads the least amount (in terms of kilobytes) of scripts/styles to your site. For SEO and the speed of your site, we feel this is more important than providing a wide array of options. Note that most things (especially cosmetic changes) can also be achieved by adding custom CSS.

    That said, we’re working every day to include new field types or other useful options into the plugin but we will remain selective on what we put in. Basically, it has to be useful for the majority of people and not slow down the plugin. If you have a specific need for a feature, don’t hesitate to let us know.

    b) We do offer a 14-day refund policy (granted we can make it more clear on our website – this is something we will work on!). As stated, we’ll look at refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Basically, that means we will refund when the plugin doesn’t work as promised, has bugs, doesn’t integrate with a plugin you use, or has an important feature missing. This should cover all valid reasons for a refund.

    Rarely (less than 1%), we refuse to refund. I’m sorry this happened to you.
