    Hello, I have installed and tested in live website with my credit card and the checkout process is succesful. But I am getting many new orders marked as “pending payment” of customers who have not been able to complete their order. When I go to 2checkout orders reports there are no payments, denied payments, in process, etc.

    Could this be a problem with the plugin? how can I identify the problem?

    Hi,

    If the Pending Orders match the 2CO orders with statuses like Denied or No payments then it is fine. I would ask the 2CO customer support about the denied orders about what was the cause. Is it is a valid reason then the plugin is working as it should.

    Also, please make sure that you have completed the INS settings on your 2CheckOut account:

    Under the Integrations page scroll down to Instant Notification System (INS) section and set the following options:

    Enable INS
    Enable Global INS and Set URL as Following: https://yoursite.com/?wc-api=WC_Gateway_QC_TwoCheckout (replace yoursite.com with your own wordpress installation link). This URL can also be found inside the payment settings page.

    Hello I double checked the settings and they are OK.
    I just tried to place an order with a customers information, and I got a message “Authorization denied”,
    – in the woocommerce log it shows “01-30-2020 @ 09:08:38 – Generating payment form for order 5697” as if the payment went through. Tha is what I see for other succesful orders.
    – I checked 2checkout orders, and there are no payment attemps as fail, succesfull, or any other.
    – The order came in woocomerce orders list with a “Pending payment status”

    Thank you for the details! We are trying to recreate the issue and solve any problem. Can you please confirm a couple of things:

    1. Is the Enable Demo Mode on or off in the settings?
    2. Did you try the Hosted payment or Credit card payment or both? Is any of them working?

    Hello the demo mode is Off, I have tried with other plugins with hosted payment (which I understand is when the customer is redirected to 2checkout.com to complete the payment and then returned to the shop). Thas has worked for me, but I rather prefer to have the inline payment as it is faster for the customer.

    One thing I noticed when I made a test yesterday is that sometimes, 2checkout will ask for an additional security PIN which is sent to the customers phone number (like an extra security measure). This sometimes appears when using the hosted payment, after I clicked cancel I was redirected to the checkout page with a “Authorization denied” message, and the order appeared as a new order and was marked as “not paid”. Not sure if this might be the issue with the inline payment…

    Hi,

    We have been checking the plugin code and testing with sandbox but do not find any issue whatsoever with the credit card payment. Have you had any successful order with the Credit card module?

    I have tried with my credit card and it works fine, but when international users try to pay the get the error message.

    I think in that case, the plugin itself is working fine. From our experience, some times the international card issuer bank declines such transactions. Not even 2CO. Don’t think there is anything we or 2CO can do about that!

    Hello, I have activated the 2checkout hosted payment. The payment is done correctly, but after an order is marked as finished in 2checkout. The order status is not updated in woocommerce. I have setup the INS links as the setup options:

    Hi,

    Is it the same as in your last issue with International cards?
    What is the order status shown in 2CO dashboard?

    Hello, The last time, it was an issue with insite payment. This time im trying 2checkout hosted payment.
    The status in 2checkout dashboard is “FINISHED” I have also tried disabling cache plugins on my site, but still the orders dont get updated..

    Please advice.

    Can you please check the 2checkout logs from “WooCommerce > Status > Logs” and send us the error log of this so that we can take a look at this?

    Hi,
    I am also facing the same issue. The order status is not updated in woocommerce, even after the order marked finished in the 2Checkout account.

    Is there any solution? Please guide me.
