• Hi,

the number of tracked visitors on our website via Burst Statistics dropped significantly from day to day, we don’t know why (see the image).

We send newsletter every day, the statistics of click after the drop is similar as before. We didn’t do anything, what should affect statistics so dramatically.

We use WP-Rocket but we excluded Burst .js files from being cached already some time before the drop.

Latest version of WP and plugin used.

    What happened there?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @stehlik,

I think this might be due to a change in the Complianz integration.

It seems to me like previously, Burst was tracking everyone before consent. Now it only tracks after consent. I’m no legal advisor so it is up to you to decide:

    1. You can disable the integration with Burst in Complianz.
    2. You can allow tracking before consent in Complianz.
    3. Or you could leave it like this because of consent laws. As I said I don’t have a legal background, so I can’t advice on this.

I hope this clears things up!

    Kind regards,
    Hessel
