    Hi,

I’m having some trouble to get the plugin to work. When I click on ‘rebuild cache’, it gives me this message:

Getlist not performed error 'SyntaxError: Unexpected token y in JSON at position 2 (200)'. Please check the browser console for more informations.

And in the console I see this:

    Got following error message: try url https://api.spreadshirt.net/api/v1/shops/100125244/articles?fullData=true&noCache=true&limit=100&offset=0&locale=en_US <br>failed url, try https://api.spreadshirt.net/api/v1/shops/100125244/articles?fullData=true&noCache=true&limit=100&offset=0 <br>try url https://api.spreadshirt.net/api/v1/shops/100125244/productTypeDepartments?fullData=true&noCache=true&locale=en_US <br>try url https://api.spreadshirt.net/api/v1/shops/100125244/shippingTypes?fullData=true&noCache=true&locale=en_US <br>failed url, try https://api.spreadshirt.net/api/v1/shops/100125244/shippingTypes?fullData=true&noCache=true <br>[{"id":"38787","title":"Spreadshop - Test","items":[]}]

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

    Thank you in advance,
    Jordy

    Hi,

please check your configuration. Shop origin or locale are wrong. Are you using eu Spreadshirt, please choose it. If you’re using Spreadshirt.com use us Spreadshirt.
Please check also if you have a new Spreadshirt account with new user area or the old one (without collections).

    Hi,

since a few days I’ve got the same Problem. I get the Massages:

Getlist not performed error 'SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier "Error" (200)'. Please check the browser console for more informations.

    or

Getlist not performed error ' (0)'. Please check the browser console for more informations.

Sometimes I can rebuilt the Cache for around 50 products, but then I get for the remaining products the massage: Empty product.

I’ve checked the Shop ID, API, and API Secret several times, but I won’t work.. I’ve got the new user area and my shop is using spreadshirt.de.

    WP 4.7.3
    Spreadplugin 3.9.40

    Thank you in advance,
    Hannes

    Hi Hannes,

spreadplugin isn’t working with the new userarea yet, because there is no api for the new “virtual” products, yet.

I’m sorry, but you may use Spreadshirts’ SpreadShop instead.

    Hi Thimo,

thank you for your answer. It must be an other problem. It worked without any problems for weeks. And now I get this error. In an other WordPress (same version) it works too, with the same API. Maybe its because of the server..
