• So I installed this plugin like every other, upon finding a ‘powered by Beeketing’ brandmark in every popup. In the plugin settings there is a notification that you need to contact support to get it removed, so I figured there will be a sales pitch to get a subscription plan; but actually no. The supportteam just removed the notification and made me a power-user, so the branding was removed. No questions asked, no payment information what so ever. Great!

    Besides that; the plugin is real easy to use, just a few clicks and the popups start coming, kids play!

    Few wanted improvements:
    – It would be great if we could adjust the timing in between the notifications. For a new starting store (that is announcing it’s opening on socials) it isn’t very credible that every few seconds someone buys something, so I would gradually crank the interval up after opening the store.

    – It would be nice to see if the backend ‘admin dashboard/settings screen’ could actually stay within WordPress itself, instead of opening up a new page and editing settings there.

    – Also, upon loading the plugin in the backend, it says ‘please wait while we loading app’, I think that should be ‘While we are loading the app’, looks a bit more professional ??

    – To adjust your Timing between notifications, from app dashboard please go to settings > general display > Display options. Here you can set the Delay time between 2 notifications
    – About your second and third points, I have forwarded to the engineering team. The grammar mistake will be fixed soon, and settings will be reviewed by the engineering team.
