Unexpected Server Error when Creating Shipping Label

    When we click the “Create Shipping Label” button in woocommerce orders, we get an error popup. It says “Unexpected Server Error.”

    There’s a button that says “Retry” next to the error, but if I click it, nothing happens. If I click it a bunch of times, it just keeps loading the error over and over again.

    I’ve got a staging site setup for this domain from eralier and that staging site has no issues with this button. Staging site has same PHP version, same wordpress version and most plugins are same state as live site.

    One thing we did do last week is we added this domain to Sucuri firewall services. DNS was changed to point to Sucuri firewall IP. Live site is fine otherwise but could this be from FW service?

    Sorry to hear about the troubles with the Shipping Label Creation functionality.

    I have a few questions to get us started:
    – can you please provide us with a System Status Report? You can go in WooCommerce > Status. Using the button near the top left, copy the System Status Report. You can then paste it here
    – can you please ensure that the production website is correctly connected to JetPack?
    – as you suggested, the firewall could be a possible issue – do you have the ability to temporarily disable it and check if the issue persist? The plugin connects to api.woocommerce.com to generate labels, but I’m not seeing the domain marked as a threat on https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/https/api.woocommerce.com

    Jetpack is connected yes and I do have an open ticket with Sucuri support as well.
