    Hi There,

When clicking on “Perform Scan”, a few moments later, I see this error and informs me to contact support. I have had this error for awhile now.

Unexpected response from server. See console for details.
    Stage: get_approved_hashes

    This may help too:

    Hello @i-mmmk-i,

Please find out the value of max_allowed_packet variable on your server. Find it in my.cnf or my.ini (usually found in /etc/mysql/). If you don’t have access, please ask your hosting provider.
