‘unexpected response’ error during backup

    Hello,
    I get a Chrome Browser Error saying ‘unexpected response’ the error message is a series of characters, colon marks, question marks, dots and so on.

    The backup completes once I click OK on the pop-up. But I’m not sure of the completeness of the backup.

    Please help.

    Yes @bcrodua ,
    I have same issue on different browser. I have tried Chrome and Edge.

    Hi @angadjoshi0

    Can you try to temporarily deactivate all the other plugins except UpdraftPlus, please? If that still does not work, try re-installing UpdraftPlus see if that helps resolve the issue.

    Please can you confirm if you are using the latest version of UpdraftPlus?

    Can you also send us a screenshot of the error that you are getting, please?
