    In the past 4 days, I’ve had multiple bookings for the same hour, one was a quadruple booking for one customer, and another was able to do a triple booking. the issue is that I have set to only allow two bookings at a time. It is random, it is not happening to everyone who books. We are using your plugin for shop by appointment with no payment integration. Thank you in advance for your time.

    Here are my settings:

    In the edit part of my booking calendar
    Edit (tab 1)
    Field Settings
    Services Price = 0
    Capacity = 2
    Duration = 60min
    Checked: generate time slots based on services due
    Checked: show used time slots
    Working dates: Wednesday
    Number of Months: 2
    Max number of appointments: 2
    Default date = blank
    Min Date = +12
    Unchecked: show drop down dates
    Checked: show end time
    Unchecked: show total cost
    Unchecked: show quantity field

    No add ons.

    General Settings>
    Default booking status approved
    Default status of paid approved
    Global calendar settings default
    calendar language auto detect
    Include appointment end time in the confirmation emails YES
    Payment integration – blank
    User with access to messages list NO

    Hi there,

    the quadruple booking happened in the version prior to 1.2.79
    Just received another triple booking in the latest version 1.2.79

    2 days ago – a day after I wrote the response to this topic which had been marked resolved, I received a triple booking. Please advise. This is not resolved.
