Unexpected member logout

Hello, I have an issue. The members of my website experience unexpected logout after changing pages. Not all the time, and not all the time on the same page. Sometimes after Editing profile, some times after going to another page of the website.

I have excluded all my UM pages from LiteSpeed cache this way :

/looja-liitumisankeet
/account
/password-reset
^/en/creator
/en/login
/en/account
/en/password-reset
/en/creators-on-boarding

Pages are double because I use WPML as translation plugin.

What can this issue by caused by ? Cache ?
