Unexpected error when downloading theme or plugins

  • I have been getting the error message below when I try to update my theme, install themes or plugins. Any suggestions as to how to resolve?

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration”

    I should also add I have spoken to my host and they have checked the site and state no problems

    There’s currently nothing wrong at this end (www.remarpro.com), so it can really only be an issue on your site’s server. Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you in accessing your site’s error logs.
