unexpected error occurred

  • Hello,

    Wonder if you could help. In trying to install a word press theme. I consistently get this message at the point I’m trying to add a new theme.

    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums”.

    I have tried reinstalling, and spent the best part of the whole day reinstalling files manually, examining the mysql, and now I have run out of ideas how to fix this. Could you help please. Any suggestions please ?

    this is likely an issue with your hosts’ server. Have you contacted them about it?
