Hi, I am getting an error when trying to complete multiple tasks.

“Unexpected error from server. Please check browser console”

This arose in the tutorial screen, which did not let me complete the set up.
On refresh I jumped in to create a list and now it won’t let me submit that.

    Any ideas?

Right now the plug in is unusable.

  • Hi @christopher999,

I guess the Rest API is disabled on your server. FluentCRM uses Rest API to perform certain actions, so please check with your hosting and make sure all the Rest API methods are enabled.

Also, if you have any security or caching plugins installed then you can also disable those temporarily to check if these plugins are blocking the Rest API.

    Thank you!

Hey mate, I spoke with my hosting support and they found that the issue was with the plugin not being compatible with the latest PHP.

    Can you confirm this:

“This is more of your plugin compatibility issue with PHP version 8.2.

You had configured PHP version 8.2 for your cPanel which is not compatible with FluentCRM plugin. I had to downgrade the PHP version to 7.4 and it is now allowing to add the list in FluentCRM.

If you want to use PHP version 8.2, then you need to check with plugin support for PHP 8 compatibility.”
