Unexpected Error (500)

Hi I’ve installed your plugin and buddypress

In the box “Type Members Name” I enter in a User Name but it doesn’t find any members

I hit the button “Save Task” and I get an Unexpected Error (500) message

Is that because it’s not picking up a User Name?

Can you point me in the right direction to resolve this?
