unexpected error

Looks like you’ve inadvertently removed to much when creating your wp-config.php file. Try creating it again from wp-config-sample.php.

I decide to get wordpress to create the wp-config.php file and I am still getting the same error.

Download a fresh copy of WordPress and upload the wp-config-sample.php file. Once it’s online, only edit the required sections and rename it to wp-config.php . See this guide for more info:
