Unexpected Error !!

  • Hello,

    I was running WP without any problems but suddenly today when I went to the website this error came although I didnt make any changes or added recent posts !!

    1-“Warning: Unexpected character in input: ”’ (ASCII=39) state=1 in /home/naifal5/public_html/blog/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 197″

    2-“Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/naifal5/public_html/blog/wp-includes/default-filters.php on line 198”

    Also I cannot even login so I can make some changes .

    Any suggestion Please !
