    Hello,

I have a problem with the plugin. I get this error on the console when I index the files Unexpected end of JSON input. The indexing is not happening. Is it because my library contains pdf files? If not how can I solve this problem?

    Thanks!

    Hi @giannisdigitup,

Can you send me more information such as:

    • WordPress version
    • Plugin version
    • Weather you have WordPress debug enabled or not

I have PDF files in my library and they work as expected, so it can’t be that.

Failing this, can you capture the output of the ajax request and send a ticket in or provide login details? You could submit this securely here: https://ss88.us/plugins/support

Thanks for getting back in touch @giannisdigitup!

I’ve installed 4.9.24 and the latest version of this plugin, added various media files, and pressed Reindex Media and mine successfully works as expected.

Would it be possible for you to inspect the AJAX request via the debugging tools console as that would show the error. I think another plugin or theme is outputting data thus the plugin’s JavaScript cannot correctly read the data.

Here’s a video on how to ‘see’ the data in the console:

    Hi @giannisdigitup,

Is there any chance I can get into the WordPress installation as an Administrator?
