Unexpected Character Warnings

In IE (and maybe other browsers), WooCommerce Conversion Tracking starting and ending HTML comments are throwing console warnings for “Unexpected Character”s.

This is due to extra hyphens within the comment. (See here.)

Obviously, this isn’t a big issue, but I thought you’d like to know about it and clean it up. Thanks.
