• I’d like to caution others to leverage alternatives to Swift Performance. There were inconsistent nuances and the software could not be relied on. I subscribed to the paid subscription and had the same issues. When my subscription renewal came up and I canceled my subscription, they still charged me without preauthorization and had excuses prepared regarding 14 day money back guarantee not applying to renewals. They deny that I canceled the subscription in time and are refusing a refund. I am disappointed and hope this helps others.

I am afraid this story is not true. You can cancel the subscription whenever you want. If you cancelled it, of course we won’t renew it.

If you don’t preauthorize the purchase it is technically impossible to charge you. The truth is, that you have to accept the terms and the yearly fee at the checkout on https://swiftperformance.io and also on PayPal when you are redirected during the checkout.

We have a short, clear and simple license agreement, and at the checkout you said, you have read and accept the terms and conditions. Also at the checkout it is clearly visible it is a yearly subscription.

8/a is about the refund policy in general:
You can request a refund without any specific reason within 14 days from the (first) purchase. After 14 days no refunds can be processed.
    ?
8/c ?also explains with an example:
You can cancel your subscription any time you want. To avoid getting charged for the next billing period, you need to cancel at least one day before the next scheduled billing date. If you have a Quarterly fee and cancel this on the first day of the new billing period, the subscription will be terminated at the end of this period, and you won’t get a refund for the current one. The same with the monthly or annual subscription model. You will not be eligible for the refund even if you cancel your subscription at the beginning of the 3-month period.

Here you find the license agreement:

My review is not a “Story”. This review is a documentation of a claim I have against SWTE GROUP Kft. I definitely stand by my statement, I am not an internet troll trying to make anyone look bad. I don’t like being taken advantage of and I will advocate for anyone else experiencing this unauthorized payment activity.

I have archived the pile on replies and general airing of grievances and replies. That is not what the review section here is for. It is for any user to provide feedback regarding the plugins and themes on this site.

When a plugin or theme upsells or provides an interface to a paid service then that makes the review allowable on this site.

It does not make it alright for others to join in and makes this review into an someplace to take shots at anyone, user or plugin author or theme authors. That is why I am closing the review to further comments and removed so many replies.
