Unethical billing practices and full of bugs

After purchasing the full version we were not happy with the plugin and stopped using it in favor of another. This plugin is full of bugs and missing very basic marketplace features. When I reached out to the support team I never received a response so I deleted the plugin and found a better alternative.
I did not request a refund at this time as I was not eligible. Then on the year anniversary, they charged me another year subscription without warning. I brought this up with the support team and they first refused to refund me, but after describing the unethical billing practice they offered to refund me on “human grounds”(their words). They notified me that the refund would likely take a week as it was not a normal refund. After 3 weeks I sent them a message asking where my refund was, and they said they were still working on it. Two weeks after that I still had not received the refund and the support member said I would have it by the end of the week.
In total it has now been 9 weeks, and I have not received my refund and support is not answering my email. I would caution anyone looking to purchase this system. There are better multi-vendor plugins and their billing practices are highly unethical. Even if they explicitly state that you will be getting a refund, they will lead you on and ignore any follow-up requests.
