• After purchasing the full version we were not happy with the plugin and stopped using it in favor of another. This plugin is full of bugs and missing very basic marketplace features. When I reached out to the support team I never received a response so I deleted the plugin and found a better alternative.

    I did not request a refund at this time as I was not eligible. Then on the year anniversary, they charged me another year subscription without warning. I brought this up with the support team and they first refused to refund me, but after describing the unethical billing practice they offered to refund me on “human grounds”(their words). They notified me that the refund would likely take a week as it was not a normal refund. After 3 weeks I sent them a message asking where my refund was, and they said they were still working on it. Two weeks after that I still had not received the refund and the support member said I would have it by the end of the week.

    In total it has now been 9 weeks, and I have not received my refund and support is not answering my email. I would caution anyone looking to purchase this system. There are better multi-vendor plugins and their billing practices are highly unethical. Even if they explicitly state that you will be getting a refund, they will lead you on and ignore any follow-up requests.

    @marcellodelio12, Thanks for sharing your feedback. You were being auto charged a renewal fee, as your subscription was active.

    Being an SME ourselves, we do understand the situation an SME business goes through to establish the business. That is why on human grounds, the team went beyond our refund policy (which clearly states that there is no refund for renewal orders: https://wc-marketplace.com/refund-policy/) to process refunds for renewal orders. But it takes time to release a refund for such exceptions.

    Our team notified you on 1st July that we are processing the refund but it will take some time. All we needed is your cooperation with the whole process.

    Even after all these, if you don’t feel that we wanted to help you out with this, then we should leave it to your fine judgment.

    It has been a month since I left the review and I have still not received the refund that was promised. Should I assume that it will never be processed?
