Undesired dashboard options after deleting plugin.

    Hi everybody.

    I have been reviewing a few WP e-commerce plugins. After uninstalling, I noticed that I got two undesired menu options in my dashboard: a “pricing table” and a “testimonial” buttons. I tried reinstalling one by one those plugins and deleting them again, but those two options are still there, which is quite annoying.

    I guess that those options come from wp e-commerce installation, excuse me if not. I am posting this in the other plugin forums in order to discover which one has caused this.

    Those are likely custom post types being inserted by your theme, or another plugin.

    Thanks for your response.

    I am pretty sure that i did not installed any new theme and the theme I have been using for two years (Division) do not include those options.

    However, I tried deleting the themes and plugins folders. Those options were still there. After restoring from a former backup, they are still there.

    My only action before those options appeared was to review some e commerce plugins.

    As I said, is quite annoying.

    Yeah those certainly are not in our plugin for sure.

    Could you post a list of all the plugins you have installed and active maybe we can figure out by name what one might be adding it.

    The plugins I have been reviewing are:
    – Ecwid
    – eShop
    – Shopp
    – WP e-commerce
    – Big Cartel

    Given that you are sure about those options are not from your plugin, I thank you a lot for your interest!
