    Hi,

    Quick few questions please.

    1. How does Feed Them acquire my access token from my Twitter Account if I don’t have one set up under a Twitter Developer’s account?
2.When I click on “Login and get my Access Tokens” and authenticate to a test Twitter account X then I can get and display the Twitter Feed for account X on my webpage. If I have no Access Token generated in Feed Them the shortcode throws an error on the webpage front-end. Extraordinarily, If I click on “Login and get my Access Tokens” and authenticate to account X then how is it that I can pull a Twitter feed from account Y using the Feed Them shortcode and display it on my webpage? Account Y being a feed with a different Twitter username that I don’t have an Access Token for?
3.Do I actually need an Access Token?

I cleared the FTS Feeds Cache during testing for each scenario. Using WP 6.1 and Feed Them 3.0.2 versions.

    Thanks

We have an APP already setup and approved, that is how you are able to make the connection to gain an access token for yourself. That is the proper way to issue tokens to users. It used to be ez for users to setup there own app, but now Twitter makes you go through an approval process. So using our button to gain an access token is the most painless way.

Unlike FB and Instagram you can display many different feeds from just one token. Just create a different shortcode with a different username.

You do need an access token for the feed to work.

    Hope that helps ??
