Under attack?

    We have been getting a lot of Wordfence notifications about a ton of files being modified and could use some help,. The same time this happened we’ve got notifications from Bluehost because all our memory is being used up (could be coincidence). Recently we did put W3 Total Cache on the site too which could be part of the problem. However, we have other sites with very similar setups with Wordfence and W3 Total Cache and they’ve been running fine. Most of the files being modified look something like:
    January 5, 2016 3:36am …/cache/object/000000/442/74a/44274a1dfc119445373219f4c7f34c5b.php

    Also just updated to WordPress version 4.4.1 yesterday (1/6/16). I will probably be doing a restore from a backup before all this started.
